Short version: Camfetti uses no cookies. We use a tiny bit of browser local storage to remember when you dismiss a popup. That's it.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device and that gets sent back to the website's server with every subsequent request. Cookies are commonly used for sessions, advertising, and cross-site tracking.

Cookies on Camfetti

We don't set any cookies. No session cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party tags that set cookies. If you inspect your browser's cookie jar after visiting Camfetti, you will not find anything from us.

Local storage

We use your browser's local storage for three small UI preferences. Local storage is not a cookie and is never transmitted to our server. It stays on your device until you clear it.

Local storage keys we set

• camfetti-sticky-bar: set to 1 when you dismiss the sticky banner at the top of the page, so we don't show it again.
• camfetti-slide-in: set to 1 when you dismiss the slide-in card that appears after 30 seconds on page.
• camfetti-exit-intent: set to 1 when you dismiss the exit-intent modal that appears on desktop when your mouse leaves the window.

None of these carry personal information. They are plain "yes/no" flags that improve your experience by not nagging you with popups you've already dismissed.

Clearing local storage

You can clear these flags at any time:

• Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → find camfetti.com → Clear data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → find camfetti.com → Remove
• Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → find camfetti.com → Remove

After clearing, you'll see the dismissable popups again on your next visit.

Third-party services

When you click a call-to-action that links to simplebooth.com, you leave Camfetti and enter a different website with its own cookie practices. Once you're on simplebooth.com, Simple Booth's cookie policy applies, not ours.

Changes

If we ever introduce cookies, we'll update this page and provide clear disclosure plus consent controls appropriate to your jurisdiction.
